The company is working on a redevelopment plan for the former UPMC Mercy South Side campus, a property that a Walnut Capital affiliate paid over $9 million for. Reidbord and his team are in the early stages of carrying out that residential redevelopment.
The Pittsburgh chapter of the American Institute of Architects gathered to explore this question at Carnegie Music Hall for the 41st annual Design Pittsburgh awards on Friday, Nov. 8. The awards honor sustainability, social impact, masonry and more in local architecture and design.
