Pre-Construction

We will conduct the background research necessary to effectively kick-off a new project and will work closely with our client by providing input on budget, schedule and scope of the project. Walnut Capital will perform a market analysis, develop a pro forma, review bids, and participate in the schematic and design development with architects, engineers and consultants. 

 

Construction

Monitor construction progress and conformance with plans, site specifications and budget through completion. Conduct routine calls and meetings with the construction team and assist in making decisions that affect the quality, cost and timing for the completion of the project.

 

Pre-Opening

Coordinate all activities for seamless opening and operation. Prepare pre-opening budget, recruit and train staff, negotiate contracts with vendors, develop a pre-opening marketing plan, and purchase supply items, equipment and inventories prior to opening date.
