The Collective South Side is set to become a premeir residential development in Pittsburgh's South Side neighborhood, situated at the former UPMC facility. The project aims to revitalize the area while preserving its historical charm and community atmosphere and will include a collection of residential apartments and for-sale town homes. The first phase of the development is The Jones Tower, which will include 58 residential apartment units, thoughtfully designed to integrate harmoniously with the existing architectural fabric of the neighborhood.
Located at 2100 Jane Street, the 8-story building will be transformed into studio, one and two bedroom units crafted for comfort, style and modern convenience. The name pays homage to Pittsburgh's storied industrial roots drawing inspiration from the Jones and Laughligh Steel Company that once thrived in the South Side neighborhood.
The building is slated to open in spring of 2026.
