Chad Ellingboe, CEO of Galley Group., said the original Smallman Galley "has outgrown its current space" after five years in the Strip and will move to Bakery Square later this year. The commercial "refresh" at Bakery Square is to become the new location of a food hall by Galley Group, which will move into the new buildout next winter.
