Kaiya is a Leasing Consultant at the corporate leasing office who fell in love with the position right off the bat! She is quick to learn, very organized and reliable. Kaiya enjoys her day to day and always gets the job done with a smile on her face! Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family and obsesses over cosmetology and fashion (can’t you tell??) Don’t wear black socks with white shoes around her… just take our word for it.

Carlie is our Regional Property Manager who oversees all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1000 residential units. With the company for over 12 years, she determines property maintenance requirements, assesses overall portfolio performance, and manages her leasing and maintenance team of over 30 people. She's a multi-tasker, problem solver, if you need help planning your family trip to Disney World or Las Vegas... she's your girl!

Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

William Buggs is a Painter at Walnut Capital who comes from a background in hospitality and general labor. A typical day usually begins with a few laughs with coworkers before heading out to complete his to-do list! Most often that consists of painting a unit from top to bottom so it is ready to go for the newest resident to move in. William focuses on one task at a time, is attentive to small details and works hard every day. When he's not working, he's probably working on his car, riding his bike somewhere or hanging out with his friends.

Bill is a Maintenance Technician primarily responsible for keeping Walnut Towers in great shape! He tends to residents' needs and general upkeep of the complex. Bill is a team player, reliable and values courtesy and respect. He likes camping, fishing and doing almost anything outside!

Kellie is our Senior Leasing Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She starts everyday with a cold glass of iced tea before tackling her daily duties of assisting residents, answering prospect inquiries and giving tours of our available apartments. She is bubbly, talkative and the office comedian!

TJ is Walnut Capital's Assistant Maintenance Technician who is always ready to lend a helping hand! He aids in ensuring all properties are in good operating condition, clean and tidy, and every work order is promptly addressed. TJ is hardworking, determined and "wants the best, nothing less." His words, not ours! Although, we think it's a great motto.
