Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

John is the Painting Manager for Walnut Capital, responsible for leading the painting team by organizing all special projects, turnovers, and ensuring all units are ready for new residents upon move in. John enjoys hands-on work, prides himself on his attention to detail, and isn't afraid to tackle the hard jobs. Did we mention his extreme love for Google docs? A necessity to stay organized! 

Mike is a Maintenance Technician at Walnut Capital with the technical knowledge and experience necessary to keep our properties in excellent condition! Mike is our appliance extrordinaire, fixing anything and everything on many different in-unit appliances across the board. Plus, he’s not only handy, he’s creative! He loves painting, DIY and wood turning projects!

Ryan is our Maintenance Supervisor and backbone of the entire Maintenance Department, He is  responsible for overseeing and coordinating the corporate maintenance team. He makes sure all properties are in pristine condition, ensures daily maintenance tasks are completed, and assists the Regional Property Manager & Resident Managers everyday.  When he's not in the office, he's shooting par for 18!

Judy is the Resident Manager at Highland Village who takes pride in making her residents a top priority. She handles all resident requests, questions and maintenance needs as well as manages all prospective tenant' inquiries, giving tours, and processing applications. Judy is personable, fun-loving and even though she loves where she works, she would like to own her own retail store! Did we mention that she’s a fashionista?
