Halloween Happenings at Phipps

When you feel a chill in the air and see pumpkins everywhere, you know it’s almost Halloween — and Phipps’ spook-tacular gardens are the perfect place for your family to celebrate! Ghosts and goblins of all ages can come to the Conservatory in costume for a day of festive activities, all free with regular admission. Their youngest ghoulish guests are also invited to sink their teeth into healthy and delicious snacks, delight at wickedly carved pumpkins and pot their very own creepy plants. There will be kid-friendly entertainment throughout the event.

ZooBoo

Saturday, October 27 & Sunday, October 28 | 10:00AM-3:00PM
ZooBoo is the Pittsburgh Zoo’s kid-friendly Halloween event occurring throughout the Zoo during the last two weekends in October. Activities include not-so-scary haunt spots, creepy crafts at Casper’s Craft Corner, a children’s hay maze, and a Halloween parade and costume contest. Be wowed with magic, meet your favorite characters, and show off your dance moves. You’ll also be able to Trick-or-treat in the Zoo, collecting treats and supporting local businesses at this daytime family favorite event.

Annual Lawrenceville Kids Halloween Party

It’s the Trick or Treat time of the year! Join Lawrenceville United for one of the neighborhoods longest running traditions- Halloween Party in Arsenal Park in Lawrenceville! There will be music, dancing, pumpkin painting, games, costume contests, and a haunted house. All ghouls, fairies, and friends attending the Halloween Party will receive a free candy bag.

Halloween Walk

Robinson Town Centre’s Annual Halloween Walk will start at HomeGoods and visit the WISH 99.7’s Street Treat Patrol. Receive a free treat bag and snacks, free balloon art and then trick or treat at all of the participating merchants. There will also be face painting in front of Once Upon A Child too! Children 2-12 may participate (must be accompanied by an adult).
