Bill is a Maintenance Technician primarily responsible for keeping Walnut Towers in great shape! He tends to residents' needs and general upkeep of the complex. Bill is a team player, reliable and values courtesy and respect. He likes camping, fishing and doing almost anything outside!

Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

Kaiya is a Leasing Consultant at the corporate leasing office who fell in love with the position right off the bat! She is quick to learn, very organized and reliable. Kaiya enjoys her day to day and always gets the job done with a smile on her face! Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family and obsesses over cosmetology and fashion (can’t you tell??) Don’t wear black socks with white shoes around her… just take our word for it.

Jowell is a dedicated Maintenance Technician at Walnut Capital. With a background in Industrial Electric, Jowell tends to any and all work orders that come his way! Responsible for repairing issues at our properties competently, completely and safely, Jowell sets and work towards specific goals each day. He is hard working, interpersonal and jovial. He loves where he works, but if he was able to choose, he'd rather be tearing it up on a dirt bike, motorbike or four wheeler!

TJ Wassell is a Maintenance Technician responsible for tending to work orders, keeping up with routine maintenance and fixing any other issues that may arise! He has a background in carpentry and mechanics and is experienced, hardworking, and always smiling. He is a true jokester who loves some good sarcasm, likes to DIY and is a true outdoor enthusiast who loves to hunt, fish and hike!

Kellie is our Senior Leasing Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She starts everyday with a cold glass of iced tea before tackling her daily duties of assisting residents, answering prospect inquiries and giving tours of our available apartments. She is bubbly, talkative and the office comedian!
