Kyle is a Painter responsible for unit surface repairs, assisting with turnover and readying apartments for new resident move-ins. He is trustworthy and very consistent! He enjoys music and plays bass in two different bands. Rock on, Kyle!

Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

Kellie is our Senior Leasing Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She starts everyday with a cold glass of iced tea before tackling her daily duties of assisting residents, answering prospect inquiries and giving tours of our available apartments. She is bubbly, talkative and the office comedian!

Devin is a Maintenance Technician with a background in electrical and HVAC. He tends to building maintenance and resident work orders day-in and day-out. Devin is friendly, thoughtful and a quick learner. Plus, always gets the job done! He absolutely needs coffee before starting his day… can you guess what his go-to coffee order is?

John is the Painting Manager for Walnut Capital, responsible for leading the painting team by organizing all special projects, turnovers, and ensuring all units are ready for new residents upon move in. John enjoys hands-on work, prides himself on his attention to detail, and isn't afraid to tackle the hard jobs. Did we mention his extreme love for Google docs? A necessity to stay organized! 

Courtney is a Corporate Leasing Consultant responsible for keeping our properties leased and our residents happy! Most days she focuses on assisting prospective residents by giving tours and answering their questions as well as tending to current resident needs and wants. Her customer service is top-notch, her listening skills are impeccable, and she is knowledgeable about our product and industry. When she leaves the office she is a crazy dog person. Her fur baby is her everything and if she didn’t have to work… she’d much rather be hiking with Atlas!

Dylan is a Maintenance Technician for our corporate properties with a background in construction and roofing. Each day Dylan makes quick work of his maintenance tasks and assures all properties are clean and tidy. He enjoys interacting with our residents, is always happy and absolutley ADORES his two dogs (yes, the caps are necessary). Have a free weekend? Check out his hardcore band - he's the vocalist!

Ryan is our Maintenance Supervisor and backbone of the entire Maintenance Department, He is  responsible for overseeing and coordinating the corporate maintenance team. He makes sure all properties are in pristine condition, ensures daily maintenance tasks are completed, and assists the Regional Property Manager & Resident Managers everyday.  When he's not in the office, he's shooting par for 18!
