Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

John is the Painting Manager for Walnut Capital, responsible for leading the painting team by organizing all special projects, turnovers, and ensuring all units are ready for new residents upon move in. John enjoys hands-on work, prides himself on his attention to detail, and isn't afraid to tackle the hard jobs. Did we mention his extreme love for Google docs? A necessity to stay organized! 

Ryan is our Maintenance Supervisor and backbone of the entire Maintenance Department, He is  responsible for overseeing and coordinating the corporate maintenance team. He makes sure all properties are in pristine condition, ensures daily maintenance tasks are completed, and assists the Regional Property Manager & Resident Managers everyday.  When he's not in the office, he's shooting par for 18!

Emma is a Leasing Consultant at University Commons that started her Walnut Capital career as an intern at that very same office! She is responsible for tending to our current residents needs as well as renting the apartments to students for the upcoming school year. Emma is organized, a team player, and an excellent communicator. On top of that, she is personable and friendly to everyone she meets. Her bubbly personality is contagious… ask anyone!

Danielle is the Property Manager at University Commons. She is very popular among the residents and always addresses their needs or concerns with a smile. Danielle also deals with all prospect communication, gives tours and processes applications. She is genuine, very friendly and always willing to help. Something you didn’t know about her? She LOVES pickles! They’re an obsession of hers.
