Charles is a Maintenance Technician at Bakery Living. He takes care of all routine maintenance and any additional issues that may arise throughout both the Orange and Blue buildings at Bakery Living. Charles is a huge gamer and has an exotic pet. Any guesses? A bearded dragon!

Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

Ryan is our Maintenance Supervisor and backbone of the entire Maintenance Department, He is  responsible for overseeing and coordinating the corporate maintenance team. He makes sure all properties are in pristine condition, ensures daily maintenance tasks are completed, and assists the Regional Property Manager & Resident Managers everyday.  When he's not in the office, he's shooting par for 18!
