There’s plenty of places to grab delicious pizza in Pittsburgh, but we had to narrow it down! These shops have stolen a pizza our heart…


Squirrel Hill
If you’re from Pittsburgh, you already know Aiello’s makes one of the best pies around. Check out their new expanded shop on Murray Ave. and make sure to grab a slice of stuffed pizza (our personal favorite)!


Located in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Little Italy, you will find a little piece of Italian history, mixed with decades of practice and perfection of technique at Angelo’s. A must-try for all pizza lovers living in Pittsburgh!

Bella Notte

Strip District
Saturdays in the Strip require a pit-stop at Bella Notte to share a pizza with friends and sip on mimosas! Hand-tossed dough guides eyes upward toward a vaulted ceiling, bedecked in traditional red, green, and white stripes at Bella Notte, where cooks prepare a menu of pizzeria classics under the purview of hungry guests.

Beto’s Pizza

South Hills
Beto’s Pizza on Banksville Road has been serving Pittsburghers since the mid-50’s. Their unique pizza is served hot, but with cold cheese and toppings on top! If you haven’t yet- head there to try pizza in a new way .

Cucina Bella

East Liberty
Arguably one of the best pizza shops in Pittsburgh,  Dinette has been serving up slices of heaven since 2008. Owner and Chef of Dinette, Sonja Finn, has twice been a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s “Rising Star Chef of the Year”, and was number 10 of Mother Nature Network’s “40 Chef’s Under 40″.

Driftwood Oven

Driftwood Oven opened in June of 2015 and has since become a fixture in the blossoming mobile food industry of Pittsburgh. Priding themselves on sources both ethically and locally whenever possible, Blazin and Vetter set out to provide guests with a quality product in a casual environment!

Giovanni’s local pizza spot has the best homemade menu items in Pittsburgh. They are very proud of their Italian heritage and love knowing that they have something for everyone’s taste buds. You’ll be happy to have found this hidden treasure!

The transition was a natural move, his family has tossed pizzas and served Italian classics at Mount Washington institution La Tavola for decades.
