Hellbender, a Harmar-based electronics manufacturer focused on building artificial intelligence systems, will soon bring a hands-on element to AI Avenue.
CEO Brian Beyer said the three-year-old startup will move its soldering irons and semiconductor ovens over to a new 40,000-square-foot space on Penn Avenue in East Liberty as part of an expansion that will double its workforce to 100 by the end of the year.
