The first Greater Pittsburgh Festival of Books is still in the planning stages but has attracted five sponsors, a key step toward the organizers’ goal of keeping the event free.
Google Pittsburgh, Duolingo, Bakery Square, the University of Pittsburgh’s Library System and Richard Snodgrass, a local author, are sponsoring the event, Marshall Cohen said.
