Jim is the Maintenance Tech at Bakery Living, and has won the PAA 2022 Best of Apartment Living Individual Award!

Tending to work orders and conducting routine maintenance for over 300 units can be a lot of work, but Jim does it all with a smile on his face.

Not only does he have extensive experience and knowledge to perform a wide range of repair tasks, but he's also reliable, friendly, and focused on doing the job right to keep all of the residents happy (even when he has 20+ work orders in a day!).
