Larryville Mule

What you need:

  • Local Faber Vodka
  • Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Jamaica’s Finest Ginger Beer
  • Falernum
  • Angostura Bitters

How it’s made:

They put together a Larryville Mule, a favorite drink they’ve kept on the menu over the years. Local Faber vodka, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Jamaica’s Finest ginger beer make up a classic mule, and they add a splash of falernum and angostura bitters to spice things up.

New Yorker Hot Dog

What you need:

  • Hot Dog
  • Bun
  • Sauerkraut
  • Sweet Onion Sauce
  • Spicy Brown Mustard

How it’s made:

They made a New Yorker hot dog, using their local grass-fed beef Locavore frank. The locally and sustainably farmed meat comes from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch in Bedford County. On top of the frank is their house-made sauerkraut, sweet onion sauce, and spicy brown mustard.
