As a fully integrated development and property management firm, WCM works with our architects and engineers from the outset of design to create efficient operations within our projects. We work with the HVAC and electrical designers to create efficient systems, which can be easily monitored and serviced, reducing costs for our tenants.

Our accounting team boasts a wealth of experience in managing complex, mixed-use properties. We provide all services in-house, from rental collection to expense allocation, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
